PLACING AN ORDER

Warranty-
New items carry the manufacturers warranty
Used items generally carry a 30 day warranty, 
however some items listed as collectible, AS-IS, 
or special sale items carry NO warranty.

Our warranties are repair, replace, or refund, 
but entirely at our discretion. Our first choice will 
generally be to try to repair the item, failing that 
we will attempt to replace it with an item 
that we both agree is equal to the item 
you purchased. Failing either one of these 
alternatives we will refund your money.

10 day hold on domestic orders

Shipping-

We usually ship either UPS or Priority Mail depending on the item, and the location of the recipient. Our minimum shipping charge is $8.00 which usually includes standard shipping and insurance anywhere in the continental USA.
Heavy or valuable items, faster shipping options or items shipped outside of the continental USA will require additional shipping charges, contact us prior to ordering if you wish to have a firm price on shipping.

Returns-
In the event of an authorized return we will process a refund.
The refund amount will include the purchase price (freight is not refundable) less a restocking fee of 6% of the total amount of your sale.
